How Do You Say No?

Just because you have the ability to do something well, doesn't make it your job.

And if you make it your job, you're not going to allow the people that actually have the responsibility for that job take ownership.

There is a difference between making yourself available and volunteering.

Trusting enough to let go is more satisfying than control.

The next time you volunteer yourself for something that's not your responsibility you might just make it become your responsibility.  And now you no longer have the option to say no.
