Please Say No

After reading NJDOES Declaration of War I was left hoping more people opt out of standardized testing. My concern is at what age should we empower children to make the decision on whether or not to take the test.

Are people more likely to let children decide for themselves when they agree with their choice? If you are going to let children choose, you have to be ready for the choice that isn't the one you had hoped for...
