Federal government changes qualifications for certification...perhaps they add boot camp...it's happened before...NCLB highly qualified nonsense...house matrix anyone...

Pay becomes based on moving up the ranks rather than just putting in the time...there's a base salary...more if you're married...more per dependent...more if you work in a hazardous location...more if you work in a costly location...

Teachers seem so hated lately; perhaps a draft will be needed to fill positions.
